By downloading, installing, or subscribing to RedditLead, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Permitted Use & Responsible Conduct

RedditLead is designed solely as an in-browser assistant for contextual discussion, research, and semi-manual social selling. You agree NOT to:

Use the tool for mass, indiscriminate spamming, automated scraping, or harassing other community members.
Violate individual subreddit rules, terms of community conduct, or Reddit's User Agreement.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent license validation keys.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation with Reddit

RedditLead is an independent product developed for productivity and social selling. RedditLead is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Reddit Inc. "Reddit" and related names are trademarks of Reddit Inc.

3. Limitation of Liability

While RedditLead is architected with anti-ban safeguards and human-in-the-loop workflows, moderation decisions on Reddit are made autonomously by volunteer community moderators and Reddit administrators. RedditLead shall not be liable for any moderator actions, comment removals, or account status changes resulting from the user's voluntary posting activity.

4. Termination of Subscription

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through the customer portal link provided in your receipt email. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid billing period.
